At Horizon Dental Care, we offer no-credit financing with a straightforward approval process:
Approval Process:

  • To qualify, you only need a valid U.S. ID and a debit card linked to a checking account.
  • A down payment of 30% or more is required, which can be paid in 2 or 3 installments within 90 days.

Payment Plan:

  • Once the patient is set up on the payment plan, terms can range from 3 to 24 months depending on the total amount.
  • We approve financing for up to $20,000 through iCare.
  • There’s a one-time $35.00 administrative fee for each financing request.
  • The financing includes a flat 15% administrative fee added to the cost of treatment, which is transparent and not upfront, out-of-pocket, deferred, or compounding interest.
