Upon your visit, we will assist in filing your insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Approval Process:
- To qualify, you only need a valid U.S. ID and a debit card linked to a checking account.
- A down payment of 30% or more is required, which can be paid in 2 or 3 installments within 90 days.
Payment Plan:
- Once the patient is set up on the payment plan, terms can range from 3 to 24 months depending on the total amount.
- We approve financing for up to $20,000 through iCare.
- There’s a one-time $35.00 administrative fee for each financing request.
- The financing includes a flat 15% administrative fee added to the cost of treatment, which is transparent and not upfront, out-of-pocket, deferred, or compounding interest.
